Our toddler is a patient of Dr. Lee at Newcastle Dentistry. She was scared at her first routine visit, but Dr. Lee was calm, patient and friendly. He also explained everything he was doing/looking at, which was reassuring to a first-time parent like myself. The appointment was quick and our toddler got to pick out a small toy at the end. By her next cleaning, she was actually excited to go to the dentist! The staff have always been kind and responsive. Also, the waiting room is kid friendly, with a TV, aquarium and children's books.
Athena, age almost 5, says her experience was "just great!" She had to have 4 cavities drilled and capped for her first time at the dentist. Dr. Lee was very solicitous at every step, checking with her and making sure she knew what was happening. He got the work done in a very short time for as much as he had to do. We are very grateful to Dr. Lee and his staff!
I’ve actually been seeing Dr Strange for 30 years. I trust him. Got to meet Livia today who did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth and discovered a small recess. She was first hygienist to suggest the numbing jel and it really helped. 5 star review
The cleaning and x-ray were completed in just 30 minutes. I felt much more cleaning work could have been done. My previous hygienist Lisa always did a thorough job. After her cleaning I could really feel it. Today after the cleaning, I didn't have that feeling at all.
Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly and great at their job. Dr. Bishai is wonderful! I felt comfortable with her and she made my extraction simple and as pleasant as an extraction can be. Ha
I had a couple of fillings done and they are beautiful! Dr Bishai and Savannah did a wonderful job of making my old smile look like new. And the hygienist has a cool bobble head collection.
I had a crown put in today with Dr Bishai. I really didn’t want go but knew I had too. Dr Bishai and her assistants made the experience very positive. She communicated every step of the process and was attentive to making sure I had no pain. I really appreciated the professionalism and the great work. Highly recommend this place.
I've been going to the dentists here 30+ years. Three years ago I started bringing my elderly mom who has dementia. I'm extremely pleased with how well Jill, the hygienist, works with Mom.
